Fresh Cuts is owned and operated by a Local Family and specialises in selling quality chicken, beef, pork, lamb and other meats prepared on site. Pigs and chickens have been reared locally for over 50 years. Traditional straw based buildings were used although the DEFRA regulations restrict it now, however the animals are cared for and fed diets containing natural ingredients such as wheat and barley, much of which is also sourced from local farms. . Our state of the art facilities and warehousing are regularly inspected by local authority hygiene inspectors to ensure that all our produce is handled, prepared and stored in the cleanest environments, to guarantee your 100% satisfaction. . We are accredited for selling produce of low salt, gluten free and specialist weight control products. Our bacons and hams are smoked naturally the old fashion way at a local smoke house. Eggs are provided by local Free Range chickens, and are collected daily as most are sold within 24 hours. Any fresh meat not sold on Saturday when the shop closes (which is typically very little) is frozen and is available for sale during the week to our regular customers.
